Selected resolved cases
Representative cases selected from those we handled this month. Depending on the circumstances, an account may not be reinstated, and results are not guaranteed.
An order defect rate above the 1% threshold triggered a warning. The worsening metrics were identified, shipping and inspection procedures were reviewed and a plan of action was also submitted; the metrics then recovered under the revised procedures.
The account was suspended for listing products in a restricted category. It was reinstated after the products were withdrawn and a pre-listing checking process was established and explained.
The seller received a product authenticity notice requesting invoices. We checked the required sourcing evidence, documented future purchasing and inspection procedures and prepared an appeal. The account was reinstated.
