The account was suspended for listing products in a restricted category. It was reinstated after the products were withdrawn and a pre-listing checking process was established and explained.
Several listings had been removed following rights holder complaints. Identifying the rights involved and explaining that sales of the affected products had stopped, together with preventive measures, led to the restrictions being lifted.
The seller received a product authenticity notice requesting invoices. We checked the required sourcing evidence, documented future purchasing and inspection procedures and prepared an appeal. The account was reinstated.
